Highly Recommended. We brought MK4 in to do the electrical installation for a 2-storey house... Read More extension. The job involved first and second fix of lights, sockets and networking, linking in with the three-phase installation in our existing house, re-siting some existing fittings as well as placing new ones, and also installing and commissioning two EV chargers. We had a great experience with Mantas right from day 1. He responded rapidly to our initial approach, and made a site visit within 24 hours to discuss plans and organise a quotation. I think we knew even before the end of the visit that we were going to go with him for the job; his questions were clear and detailed, identifying things we hadn’t taken into consideration, proposing solutions to issues we were concerned about, and explaining in detail his approach to planning, costing and installing. We had an overwhelmingly positive first impression, and that turned out to be an accurate reflection of the experience we had during the project. This was the first of many site visits over the course of the project, and right from Day 1, he turned up, on time, each and every time. Communication was flawless throughout, during the time he was on-site, and via messaging elsewhere. Mantas kept us informed and guided us through the decisions we needed to make at every stage; handled ordering of all equipment, liaised with the other companies working on our project, and with the company producing the EV chargers, who he had not worked with previously. Mid-way through the project, ground work issues unconnected to the electrical work introduced a delay which threatened to push back second fix by several weeks. Mantas found solutions that allowed him to accommodate our new timescale, as well as the next jobs in his schedule at this later than expected date, meaning that we were able to avoid additional delays - he did this by working through several weekends on our project - remarkably, at no extra cost: he made his pricing policy clear at the start, and was true to his word throughout - the price is for completion of the job, not the number of hours worked - no ambiguity. On a personal level, he was great to have around - happy to work around the family during the weekends, interesting conversations, and completely unintrusive, which can’t have been easy given the amount of internal work that needed to be done. Entirely self-sufficient - we tried and failed to offer him drinks and snacks through the time. The quality of Mantas’ work is first rate: his installations are elegant and neat, necessary disruptions like cutting into walls and ceilings was made good (and the place cleared up afterwards) and everything is well finished. And most importantly, everything works. Mantas doesn’t see problems - he sees solutions, and this is really important particularly if you’re having to manage your own project as we were - it also inspires confidence. Reliable, transparent, with an unparalleled work ethic, and an extremely high standard of work - we will definitely be using MK4 for anything electrical in future. Highly recommended.

I like people to be on time when we arrange something and Mantas was to the minute, and this was the same during the work. There’s a lot to be said for reliability and I was very impressed with his. Quality of the work is superb. The project turned out how I wanted it to be. I’ll be using MK4 for my next electrical project.
